The network brings together psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, researchers and other healthcare professionals from across Norway to share clinical experience, develop common standards and coordinate research.
NORAAD has developed a clinical protocol for intravenous ketamine treatment for treatment-resistant depression.
The protocol can be downloaded here: https://www.sykehuset-ostfold.no/48e536/contentassets/20163a68c80f46ee9b62f66c0f3b4b20/protokoll-ketamin-iv.-for-trd-v3.120126.pdf.
The network is also developing a standardised quality registry for ketamine and other rapid-acting antidepressant treatments to support systematic quality improvement, research and harmonised clinical practice.
NORAAD contributes to the national PreKet multicentre study, funded by KLINBEFORSK.
NORAAD hosts open online meetings on the last Friday of every month from 13:00–14:00 (CET) via Microsoft Teams. Healthcare professionals interested in participating are welcome to contact the secretariat to receive a meeting invitation.
